Long story short... Their name says it all.

Shopping for a used vehicle can be an overwhelming experience.
So many vehicle options, and hundreds of dealerships, and private party sales to consider.
After spending an entire day moving from lot to lot from Olympia to Tacoma, arriving to Good Guys in Olympia was like a breath of fresh air.
My partner and I seen a 97/ RAV4 that caught our eyes from the road, so we went to check it out. Shortly thereafter casually greeted by the owner, Eddie, who made himself available for any inquiries.
The entire buying experience was easeful and pressure free, which was a nice contrast from the typical sleazy used car dealer type.
Eddie and the crew at Good Guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that our vehicle was safe and sound. The service that we received from Eddie himself was humbling and incredibly honorable, completely surpassing any expectation that we had for a used car dealer.

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Good Guys if you're looking for a good car at a reasonable price, and don't want to worry about being jipped or scammed.

I will hands down buy my next car from Good guys.

I bought a Subaru from Good guys about 2 months ago and I LOVE this car! I have already put over 2,000 miles on it, and have only had a minor issue with my oil light flickering. I called and Eddie had me bring it in the next day. The car is beautiful inside and out and was a great deal for the year and the miles. I get compliments constantly on the price and condition of this car. It was a no BS experience. I HATE car shopping and this was.... pleasant!! I will hands down buy my next car from Good guys.

I wouldn't go to any other used car lot in town...

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Eddie for myself and our kids. He is a respectable, compassionate business owner. If we ever needed anything for our vehicle, he was right there and ready to help us even after the sale was done. A great example was my daughter needed air for her tire and she stopped in to see Eddie and he helped her right out, I cant say enough about his small business demeanor that he carries. He is the first to help someone out that needs a car and understands all situations of each customer that walks in his door, or on his lot.. I wouldn't go to any other used car lot in town...

Eddie the owner has earned my loyalty for life.

Good Guys I must say is the best used car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner is not only very pleasant, he will go out of his way to take care of you when you buy a vehicle from him. I recently purchased a vehicle from him and noticed there was issues with the front driver side wheel. He told me to bring it in and he would check it out. Although a little skeptical, I brought it in. A few days later I picked it back up. Not only did he fix the wheel problem he fixed other things as well and best of all there was no charge. I would recommend not only my friends and family to purchase their next used vehicle from them but to anyone. Eddie the owner has earned my loyalty for life.

The Good Guys are Great!

The Good Guys are Great! I bought a Subaru Forester from Eddy's about a year ago. They were really helpful and honest. They recommended a good mechanic, talked me through the details of the car and encouraged me to come back if I had any problems. It's been a great car and it was a good deal.

We bought a Chrysler Seabring at a steal

We bought a Chrysler Seabring at a steal, the next day my husband realised there was a problem with the throttle sensor. He called the owner and explained the problem and Eddie, the owner, had us bring it back. They fixed the problem AND replaced the spark plugs.

Also I asked about a trade on my car but I was feeling unsure if it would be a wise idea and instead of try and talk me into it the owner was upfront and said I should hold on to my car.

I appreciated the honesty and will certainly remember when it IS time for a new (used) car.

There is a lot to say about Good Guys cars.. The owner, Eddie takes pride in his customers and his business!! You walk in as a customer and leave feeling like a family member. Eddie will take care of you from start to finish, and even after the sale is done. He is a compassionate business owner and very respectful and understanding in each situation, whether it be our needs, or our financial situation. I will continue to go to his car lot before I will go to any other used lots. You feel happy and comfortable when you leave and the feeling of relief knowing you didn't just get screwed.

Just stuck gold at Good Guys, again!

I'd been looking for a used full size SUV for several months now that was still in decent shape. I'd found a few (very few) here and there but they were always priced well over blue book and the dealers were never willing to give a fair price for my trade in.

Thankfully, that all ended the other day. I saw Good Guys had a nice Ford Expedition, it was priced right and Eddie the owner gave me a fair price for the trade. What more could you ask? No, the Expedition isn't perfect, after all it's an 11 year old used vehicle but I do feel it's totally reliable and having done business with Good Guys before, I know that if there is a major problem with it they'll work with me to make things right just like they've done in the past.

Best Used Car Lot in Olympia!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Good Guys Used Cars. I recently purchased a used Honda Accord from the owner Eddie and couldn't recommend them more. He made the entire process easy and painless, and really took his time making sure I found the perfect car.

The main thing I wanted to mention in this review is the honest feel of this place. It is a small family owned business that has been at the same location for over a decade. The employees I met were extremely helpful and honestly want to find their customers a quality car that will make them happy. I was also very impressed with their quality of cars, which were all very clean and seemed to be well maintained. If you are in the area and need a car, or if your just browsing, stop by Good Guys.
